Complete prosthesis through Cad-Cam technology. A protocol towards excellence

While the elaboration of complete prostheses through Cad-Cam technology is not something new, it has been in the last 5 years when it has really taken an important impulse when presenting an elaboration technique that allows to achieve a qualitative improvement with respect to conventional analog methods . However, often, the advantages of Cad-Cam technology for complete prostheses are presented, in almost commercial terms: time savings and costs, less visits, standardization of the procedure due to a small number of steps and materials, easier procedures , satisfaction of the patient and the dentist, etc. obviating really important improvements. Also important being the aforementioned advantages, in this conference I will focus on those advantages of Cad-Cam technology, with respect to analog technologies, which allow obtaining a final product qualitatively better and in the description of the technique that allows it to be achieved.
