Digital flow in indirect restorations of the posterior sector
The restoration of the endodontinated tooth or suffers from a carious process is something routine in the dental consultation. Advances in the field of adhesive dentistry have resulted in a paradigm shift in terms of the restorative process, fleeing the classic approaches based on mechanical retention. Currently, the realization of minimum intervention preparations that individualize the carving in each situation are chosen, since this will depend on the extension of the carious defect and the amount of remaining dental tissue; thus guiding our final preparation to the existing defect.
