Dental trauma continues to have a high incidence and is one of the most important causes of demand for emergency dental care. Their consequences in a young patient can be very severe, affecting both function and aesthetics. The future of a tooth that suffers dental trauma depends in many cases on the immediate action taken. Therefore, in clinical practice we must be able to handle these situations and from the first appointment know how to transmit all the information about the diagnosis, treatment, check-ups and possible subsequent sequelae. The conference will analyse the current protocols on emergency action in dental trauma.
